BPA stands for Business Professionals of America, a career and technical student organization focused on leadership, business skills, and career development. We help students prepare for their futures through real-world experiences like competitive events, public speaking, community service, and leadership roles. It’s where students grow in confidence, build résumés, and make lifelong connections,  all while having fun.

While competitions are a big part of BPA, they’re totally optional. You can join to grow your leadership skills, attend events, make friends, and explore careers... no competing required.

Business professionals can make a huge impact by supporting BPA students. You might volunteer as a judge at competitions, speak at conferences, or mentor students preparing for careers in your field.
