Each year, Idaho BPA students put their skills to the test through competitive events in business, finance, technology, marketing, design, leadership, and more. We need industry professionals and community members like you to help evaluate their work and celebrate what they’ve accomplished!

Volunteer as a judge for the 2027 Idaho BPA State Leadership Conference and get a firsthand look at the incredible projects, presentations, and skills our members have developed.

There are two ways to volunteer:

Technical Judges | Virtual
Review and score student projects remotely before the conference using our online judging system. Technical judges evaluate areas such as accuracy, creativity, quality, and application of industry skills. This is a great option for professionals who want to support Idaho BPA but aren't able to attend the conference in person.

On-Site Judges | Boise Centre
Join us March 1–2, 2027, at the Boise Centre on the Grove in Boise to evaluate student presentations and interact directly with competitors as they showcase their skills. Judging opportunities are available Monday and Tuesday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with varying shifts and a variety of competitive events to choose from.

You don't have to be a BPA expert to make a difference—we'll provide the information you need. Bring your professional experience, your perspective, and a willingness to support Idaho's future workforce.
